GE Capital Fleet Services is one of the largest fleet management companies in the world, with earning assets of over billion and more than 1.2 million cars and trucks under lease and service management globally including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. GE Capital Fleet Services is one of 24 companies that compose GE Capital, one of the largest diversified financial service companies in the world.
To cater to the global digitization initiative in GE, GECFS decided to design and develop a data warehousing application.
This project is in line with the new initiative of CFS to move towards paperless office. The objective of this project is to provide the customer facility to view the invoicing information on the web as against the physical paper. The customers will now be able to use the Web whenever they have a query about the billing.
The use of Global Digital Cockpit for GE Capital Fleet Services is targeted for the Fleet SLT, GECS audience.

GE Capital Fleet Services (GECFS) is a US based organization with its headquarter located at Eden Prairie, MN and the business spread over US, Canada, Mexico and European nations. Leasing vehicles to corporate clients is the main business of the organization. In addition, GECFS provides many add-on services to customer such as credit cards for fuel, assistance in case of vehicle breakdown, direct payments to concerned agencies in case of traffic violations etc.

The objective of the project is to provide services for the development, test and deploy phases for the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) programs and Web based maintenance screens to support the new suite of reports. The project has 3 major units, ETL, Microstrategy web reports & User Interface Screens.
